with your full name, email address, item name, description of the problem and whether
you would like to return or exchange, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days after purchase to
return your item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: that for hygeine reasons, earrings cannot but returned or exchanged
unless faulty.
Once we have contacted you about the problem we will then need to receive the
item back before we can re-credit your account or send out your replacement item.
If you are sending an item back to us to be returned or exchanged you will need
to pay the additional postage charges. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel
gets lost in the post so we recommend you send parcels by recorded delivery to
insure they reach us quickly and safely. Once we have received your item, we
will then refund your account, this will be the same account or card that you
made the purchase with.
Please allow 5-10 days for the money to be re-credited. This depends on your
bank account or credit card company.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for something of the same price,
then include in your
email which item you require and we will simply send this out to you once we have recieved your
